1. Return and Refund Period:

After this period, applications will only be accepted if there is a clear manufacturing defect in the product.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, with original packaging and all accessories.
There may be a manufacturing defect or the product does not match the description displayed in Remak Store.
Products that have been used or modified are not accepted.
Some products are not refundable or exchangeable for health reasons such as:
underwear
Personal hygiene items (such as toothbrushes, razors, etc.)
3. Exceptions:
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there are manufacturing defects:
Opened or used products.
Products damaged due to misuse.
Products that are modified or do not bear the original Remak Store marks.
Personal products such as cosmetics or perfumes.
4. Submit a return or refund request:
If you would like to return or refund a product, please follow these steps:
Contact customer service during the return period.
Provide order information and explain the reason for the return or refund.
Wait for official confirmation from our team with instructions for return.
5. Fees and Shipping:
A reasonable administrative fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a store error or a manufacturing defect.
6. Customer retention of products:
The customer is requested to keep the product, all of its components, and its original packaging until the return or refund request is fully processed.
Replacement Terms
Replacement period:
We accept exchange requests within 14 days of receiving the product.
After this period, exchanges are only allowed in the event of a defect or error on the part of the store.
Replacement terms:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Original packaging and accessories included.
The product will be replaced with the same model or if unavailable, it can be replaced with another product of equal or higher value.
Replacement fees:
If the price of the new product is higher than the original product, the difference is paid by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the condition.
Replacement procedures:
Contact our customer service team.
Inspect the product before agreeing to a replacement.
Sending a replacement product after approval, with the store bearing the shipping costs in the event of an error or manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Full refund:
If the return request is approved, the full amount paid will be refunded (product price + shipping fees in case of a manufacturing defect or store error).
Payment method:
The refund will be made to the same payment method used during the purchase.
Processing time:
